Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our pricing and features

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data is always safe. If you exceed limits after downgrading, you'll have read-only access to excess pools until you upgrade or reduce usage.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you'll retain access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will automatically switch to the Free plan, and all your data will remain accessible.

Do you offer refunds?

No, we currently do not offer any refunds for all paid plans. Contact us if you are not satisfied with your subscription.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and never store your payment details on our servers. All transactions are processed securely with Stripe.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! All new users start with our Free plan, which lets you create and manage pools with no time limits. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime to unlock additional features like more pools, advanced analytics, and priority support.

What are recurring pools?

Recurring pools (Pro plan only) automatically create new pool instances on your schedule - weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Perfect for players who participate regularly and don't want to manually create the same pool every week. Set it once and let the system handle the rest!
